Details
Date: Tuesday 8 April
Time: 9 to 11am
Venue: Atrium, The James Cook University Hospital, TS4 3BW
This event marks the first of a new quarterly event hosted by University Hospitals Tees – your local hospital group consisting of both North Tees and Hartlepool and South Tees Hospitals trusts.
Laura Lucas-Hartley, senior general manager to chief medical office and armed forces management lead, said: “University Hospitals Tees is proud to hold the ‘Veteran Aware’ accreditation are we’re committed to supporting those who have served.
“We’re hosting these events as an opportunity for our armed forces community to come together, have a cuppa and find out about the support available across our patches. It’s also an opportunity to let us know about any further support they might want to see – to help shape the role and responsibilities our NHS trusts play in not only their healthcare, but in their family, social and working lives as well.”
